would like to express my gratitude to a great artist like you. My family and I have been
guests in your country since 1998. Unfortunately this year my company sends me back home
to Germany. My
wife was looking for a great keepsake and remembrance to this beautiful country for a long
time. Soon she fell in love with a Kokopelli. She is very much interested in the history
of the U.S.A. and thus the Kokopelli seemed to be just right. We
started to look for a nice but also affordable Kokopelli. Even in Santa Fe, NM we were not
able to find one we liked. The
Internet finally brought me to your home page at http://www.moorestuff.com/
. And now here we were. After some short Emails you started to create a masterpiece unique
for us. My wife did not know about your page and I wanted to surprise her for her
birthday. I even asked you to put a little poem for her on the back of the Kokopelli,
which you gladly did. I
will never forget the day when our new 48” Kokopelli arrived, carefully wrapped in
plastic and cardboard. I was so excited that I decided to hand it over to my wife even
before her birthday (it was too big to hide anyway). She was very much surprised and loved
it from the beginning. I
attached some pictures of it taken in our living room. You can tell how great it matches
our furniture. We will take it to Germany with In
addition we started to look for some presents for our families in Germany. Finally we
decided to give them some Kokopellis too. We ordered four small (24”) Kokopellis,
which again are very unique and even differ a little in sizes and shapes. As
they arrived by UPS again, unfortunately three of the four Kokopellis were broken (the
most top hair came off). We notified you by Email and you quickly decided that we should
ship them back. You even wanted to reimburse us for the shipping expenses. Last
week we received six (!) Kokopellis (three brand new ones and the three fixed ones, which
you marked on the backside. Otherwise we could not have told them apart) at no extra
charge! This
is what I call customer care!! Phillip,
thanks again for making those masterpieces. We really appreciate the way you treated us.
We will proudly show them to all our friends and our families’ friends. If
you want you may display this letter and the pictures in your web-page. Thanks
